When something is uncomfortable, painful, or does not feel good, we tend to avoid it. We run away when we feel discomfort.
We only grow when we are challenged, curious and interested, and engaged.
We naturally seek comfort, our brain is programmed to avoid pain. However, when we are too comfortable, we can become complacent and indifferent.
